Osbornes Accountants have been established since 1991 providing a full range of services to small and medium size businesses. We genuinely believe that we should be continually trying to encourage clients to be as self reliant as they can so far as routine bookkeeping and accountancy services so as to minimise these costs. In this respect, we will train clients at no cost to use appropriate accounting software etc.

We also encourage our clients to keep in regular contact with us so that we can assist them with their tax planning and other issues which arises on a day to day basis. We fully realise that small and medium size businesses often do not have specialist resources in house and will look to us for guidance, even if this is not our specialist area.

We are concerned that clients are often reluctant to contact their accountants for the fear of “the clock running” and we find that this is not a good basis for a professional working relationship. We will therefore in almost all cases quote fixed fees to cover a 12 month period. This enables clients to budget and contact us as many times throughout that period without fear of any additional costs being incurred.

Any initial meetings that we have with prospective clients are of course without cost or any obligation whatsoever. In many cases, we are happy to provide services for a period on a "try before you buy" basis as we are so confident that the service we provide will be of top quality.
